We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Ashley has a 50% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make it please kindly notify Ashley 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time for any rescheduling/cancellation. Due to Weekends being high demand appointment cancellation at any time will be charged full 100% starting price for weekends only. No shows are not tolerated. If you No show you will be charged full service starting price & no longer be able to book with Ashley. There is a 10 min grace period at the time of your appointment. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your experience, please review my refund policy below. Services Due to the nature of hair services, I do not offer cash or credit card refunds. However, if you are unsatisfied with your service, I am happy to offer complimentary adjustments under the following conditions: • You must contact me within 7 days of your original appointment. • Adjustments will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time and must fall within 14 days of your initial appointment. • Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction due to a change of mind after the service has been completed. Hair Extensions I offer a no-refund policy on hair extensions due to their custom nature. However: • If the extensions are defective or not as expected upon installation, I will address the issue with a repair or adjustment. • You must notify me within 48 hours of the appointment to arrange an adjustment.
